Tony O’Donnell has recently joined the Burlington Hotel as Executive Head Chef. Tony comes with a wealth of experience with his love of cooking originating from when he was a child.
Knowing he wanted to become a chef Tony joined the Shelbourne Hotel where he completed the Le Meridians chef training program.
After three years Tony moved positions to open the Clarion Hotel in the IFSC in Dublin. It was here he turned his skills and talents to Asian fusion cooking. He also worked with other newly opened Clarion Hotels and advised and designed their Kudos menus.
After Clarion, Tony was appointed head chef in the purpose built hotel and conference centre at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Northwood & Express by Holiday Inn. While there, both Tony and the hotel won numerous awards including Best Hotel, Best Food and Beverage and Best Business Hotel.
Now as newly appointed Executive Head Chef at the Burlington, Tony brings his own unique and contemporary style of cuisine to the Hotel, a hotel already known for its excellence and tradition.
